 Departmental News - 2012

1.               Department successfully completed the Minor Research Project Research Project funded by “University Grants Commission” and submitted the report. Dr. A. K. Kini was the Principal Investigator and Shri. Ganesh S. Hegde worked as Co-Investigator.

 

2.                  Guest Lecture on “ Logic about Synthetic Reagents” by Prof. M. R. Nagaraju was conducted on 11-01-2012 for final year B. Sc. Students.

 

3.                  Our department acknowledges the generous financial support provided by MESociety, Earthwatch Institute and CES IISc Sirsi Branch for Independent Research Laboratory.

 

 4.                  The President Earthwatch Institute England Mr. Edward Wilson and his Indian team               along with Scientists from IISc, Banglore, visited our Department and Research                          Laboratory. The team appreciated the research work undertaken in the department.
